The Man That Inspired It All

My Dad was a " salt of the earth" kind of guy. I don't think he was afraid of anything especially hard work. He would don anything for his kids and that is actually what inspired me to do a bike ride in his memory. When I first started cycling I rode everywhere by myself and after he retired he would ask me where I was riding too and would drive his old truck to the half way point with a cooler of gatorade and water and a Louis Lamour book. He was my one man support crew.
